TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONDITIONS

By commissioning me,
you have already read and agreed to my terms and conditions.

GENERAL

  • I have the right to decline the commission request.

  • Payment first policy! Full payment upfront or 50% downpayment before I can start the commission.

  • No cancellations of order. There are no refunds unless I am unable to finish the commission.

PROCESS

  1. Provide references/details (better if visual).

  2. Will send you the rough sketch first and then flat colors, opinions are appreciated in this stage. After approval, revisions are prohibited. Major revisions will incur fees.

  3. May take 1-7 weeks for art to be finished, depending on the complexity and my schedule (as I'm still a college student). I will make sure to communicate.

  4. Rushed orders will be charged extra depending on the complexity of the art and time limit (fees starts at 5 USD)

  5. Finished Artworks will be sent through gmail. (You can request for a .png ver)

PAYMENT

  • Payment through Gcash (for Philippines) or Paypal (International)

USE

  • Artworks shall be for PERSONAL USE. Commercial use will have a separate pricing upon discussion.

  • NO USING OF AI

  • Do not sell my art.

  • For reposting, please mention/tag/give credits to me (the artist).

WILL DRAW

  • portraits

  • fan art

  • Original characters

  • Animal characteristics

WILL NOT DRAW

  • realism

  • very buffy characters

  • gore

  • Furry (soon, when desperate times calls)

  • NSFW (eventually will)
